TAKE NOTICE that the Final Annual General Meeting of the Members of West Elgin Mutual Insurance Company will be held at 29584 Pioneer Line, Dutton, ON N0L 1J0 on March 29th, 2023, at the hour of 2:00 p.m., for the following purposes:
- To receive and approve the minutes of the Annual General Meeting of March 23rd,
- To receive and approve the minutes of the Special General Meeting of September 7th,
- To receive the 2022 Financial Statements and Auditor’s
Due to the amalgamation of Howard Mutual Insurance and West Elgin Mutual Insurance to become Salus Mutual Insurance Company, there will be no election of directors or appointment of auditors occurring at this Annual General Meeting.
