Shae-lynn joined Salus Mutual in September 2023 as a Customer Service Representative before moving into the role of Underwriting Submissions Coordinator in 2024. Through these roles, she gained valuable experience and developed a strong understanding of insurance and the importance of providing personalized service.

Now serving as an Agent, Shae-lynn looks forward to helping policyholders find the right coverage for their needs while building lasting relationships based on trust and exceptional service.

Outside of work, Shae-lynn lives on a farm in Dresden with her husband and son. She enjoys spending time with her family and embracing rural life.
