Joanne brings over 30 years of sales and customer service experience to Salus. She joined the company in April 2024 and spent the past year as a Customer Service Representative in the Aylmer office before accepting an Agent position in November. Her experience and customer-focused approach allow her to build strong, trusted relationships with policyholders.

 

Joanne grew up in the Greater Toronto Area and moved to London in 2000. She now lives in St. Thomas with her family and two dogs. In her spare time, Joanne enjoys spending time with family, playing board games, and relaxing with a family movie night. She is also a seasoned singer and performs with a local show choir in the London area.

 

Joanne is excited to continue developing meaningful relationships with Salus policyholders while providing knowledgeable, reliable support.
